These terms apply to Foresight's website, Chrome extension, installed web app and emails. By using Foresight you agree to them. Contact: taxmancalling@gmail.com.

What Foresight provides

• Regulatory intelligence: answers drawn from public Indian tax regulatory material, with the sources they rely on.
• Source-grounded verification: a check of whether a submitted claim is supported by authoritative evidence in Foresight's corpus.
• Forecasting information: probabilities that regulation on a topic will change, with the signals behind them.

What Foresight is not

Foresight is not legal or tax advice and does not replace a professional's judgement on a specific matter. It does not replace the official portals, gazettes and authentication services of the Government of India. For example, a document identification number (DIN) must be confirmed on CBIC's own service.

A verification result describes what Foresight's corpus shows at the time of the check. The corpus can be incomplete or behind the latest publications; results carry a caution when a relevant source is behind. A forecast is a probability, not a statement that something has happened or will happen.

Your responsibilities

• Only submit material you are entitled to share, particularly client information covered by professional confidentiality.
• Do not use Foresight to break the law, to overload or probe our systems, or to copy the service or its corpus at scale.
• Keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity under it.

Plans and payment

The free plan includes a limited number of checks each month. Pro is billed monthly through Razorpay at the price shown on the pricing page and renews until cancelled. To cancel or for billing questions, write to taxmancalling@gmail.com.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Foresight available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features, and will update these terms with a new date when we do.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Foresight is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on its answers, verification results or forecasts. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
